Monte Mayor covers a large area in the hills above the Los Flamingos area, located in the heart of the Costa del Sol’s Golf Valley.
Residences in the area are made up mostly of villas, ranging from traditional Andalusian countryside homes, to modern and contemporary villas. There are some townhouses in the local area, many of which can be found in La Heredia de Monte Mayor development, a popular residential complex due to its architecture and quality.
La Heredia de Monte Mayor is a private village comprising of traditional cobbled streets, landscaping, small plazas with fountains and Spanish style residences. The village is home to 53 townhouses and offers a community pool as well as private villas with their own pools.
