Marbesa is one of the most sought after areas in the Marbella district of the Costa del Sol. A beachside town, it's peaceful and features many private villas that are popular amongst both holidaymakers and residents year round, especially due to their short walking distance to the stunning beaches.
Located between the popular areas of Elviria and Cabopino, Marbesa is also well known for it's lush green areas, providing even more tranquility to this already relaxed town.
Down by the beach, the promenade is famed for being home to some of the finest restaurants on the Costa del Sol, with varied cuisines and styles to suit all diners. One of the more popular destinations in Marbesa is Club 200 right on the beach, famous for its fresh fish. Marbesa also has many small cafeterías and bars that are traditional of a small Andaluz pueblo, giving the town a more authentic Spanish atmosphere.
Marbesa is well known for being a camping town. However, one thing it does lack is sporting facilities. Luckily for residents and tourists, the famous Don Carlos hotel is nearby and provides its own private sporting facilities, as well as the area being surrounded with world-famous golf courses.
